No need for strategy is an achievement awarded for beating Rezorb on level 70 in an unaltered timeline.
You don't have to complete this achievement on your first run. You can complete it on any run, by ignoring the story option to "Find TimeBro" at level 21, and "Continue" instead past level 31. This causes Rezorb to appear on level 70, with more powers, like the first run.
